Refund policy

Hoping that you will fall in love with every piece you purchase from Kilim Rug Bazaar. If for some reason you receive your rug and it wasn't exactly what you expected, we are happy to allow a return for store credit, as long as you let us know within three days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. All items must be received by us within one week of notifying us of the return. The items purchased during a sale are final sale.
